Temporary Identification Certificate for
I. Application Conditions
1. According to the Regulations on the Management of Temporary Identification Certificate for Civil Flight, police stations of civil airports shall strictly follow the principle of "safety first and convenient service" to provide help for passengers to apply for "Temporary Identification Certificate for Air Travel".
2. Passengers of the People's Republic of China (except Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) who do not carry a valid identification certificate when taking a flight, or whose original valid ID certificate is damaged or expired, can apply to the airport police station for a "Temporary Identification Certificate for Air Travel". The "Temporary Identification Certificate for Air Travel" is only legally valid for passengers traveling on domestic civil aircraft.
3. When applying for the "Temporary Identification Certificate for Air Travel", passengers shall truthfully provide relevant information such as name, ID number, place of household registration, home address, and relatives with the same household registration to the airport police station, and the station will issue the Certificate to the applicant after verifying the necessary information listed above.
4. Passengers less than sixteen years old shall use their household registration books, student ID cards or ID certificates issued by the police station of their household registration to travel on the plane in accordance with the relevant regulations (medical birth certificates are applicable for passengers less than two weeks old traveling on the plane). Minors less than sixteen years old must be accompanied by their guardians when applying for a "Temporary Identification Certificate for Air Travel".
II. Denied Conditions
1. Upon verification, the inquired information is inconsistent with that provided by the cardholder or the photo information obtained through inquiry cannot be confirmed valid in verifying the applicant as the same person of that photo.
2. Applicants aged 16 or above have no photo information upon verification of their identity information.
3. Passengers are found to be fraudulently using another person's identity document or using a forged or altered identity document to travel on an airplane during security check.
4. Others whose identity cannot be verified clearly.
III.Certificate Validity
The Temporary Identification Certificate for Air Travel is valid for 7 to 15 days.
IV. Reminders
1. Service hours: Self-service equipment operates 24 hours, office hours from 04:30 am to 21:00 pm.
2. Place of application: Certificate and Duty Office, Departures Hall, Level 4, T2 (Near the first-class security check area, left side of Departures Hall, T2)
3. In order to avoid missing flights, passengers who take a flight that departs before 8 a.m. shall apply one day in advance, and other passengers shall apply 3 hours prior to departure. Losses including missed flight due to late applying shall be borne by the passengers themselves.

In accordance with relevant regulation of the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China, "Where a lost thing has not been claimed by anybody within one year from the date the lost-and-found notice is publicized, the lost thing is to be escheated to the State." As fresh and perishable foods are not easy to store, such foods that have not been claimed within a short period of time would be submitted to the relevant departments for timely destruction or disposal. 1. The owner needs to present his or her own valid ID certificate (including ID card, passport, military officer certificate, people's police certificate and etc.) to claim the lost item(s). Identity shall be verified before the lost item(s) is/are returned to the owner.
2. If someone else is entrusted by the owner of lost item(s) to collect the item(s), the authorized agent shall bring his/her own valid ID certificate original(s) (including ID card or passport, military officer certificate, people's police certificate and etc.), as well as the original or photocopy of valid certificate of the owner of lost item(s) and an Authorization Letter, signed by the owner of lost item(s). Identity shall be verified before the lost item(s) is/are collected by the authorized person.
Each lost item will be published online for 7 days as of the date it was received by the lost and found office. If it fails to be claimed more than 7 days, please call the terminal lost and found office for more information.
