Facilities of Infant Caring

For mothers' and babies' convenience, nursing rooms are set up in Departures and Arrivals Halls at Tianfu International Airport. Each room provides mothers and babies with a private space for breast-feeding, baby-caring and cleaning, giving them a pleasant and comfortable waiting time.

1. Wheelchair rental service: Free wheelchair rental service is provided for passengers with reduced mobility. 

2. If a wheelchair is required after check-in, please contact your airline in advance to make the necessary arrangements.

3. Wheelchair rental location: Inquiry counters in the Departures Hall and Arrivals Hall, T1 & T2 Inquiry counters on the level 2 of GTC (ground transportation center).  

4. Wheelchair using area: Within GTC area and pre-security area in T1 & T2.

Baby carriage rental service: Free baby carriage rental service is provided to the passengers who carry a baby.

Baby carriage rental location: Inquiry counters in the Departures Hall and Arrivals Hall, T1 & T2 Inquiry counters on the level 2 of GTC (ground transportation center.

Baby carriage using area: Within GTC area and pre-security area in T1 & T2.

 03 Buggy Service

1. Free buggy service to the boarding gate is provided in post-security area for the elderly, the sick, pregnant women and disabled passengers, late passengers, passengers with immediate needs, soldiers, firemen and passengers carrying human donor organs.

2. Free buggy service to the boarding gate is provided in post-security area for passengers whose flight takeoff time is shorter than 25 minutes.

3. Free buggy service to the boarding gate is provided for soldiers and firemen with valid certificates. 

Pick-up points:

T1: Transfer Area for passengers without checked baggage, Level 4; near the descending escalator in Central Commercial Area, Level 3.

T2: Near Inquiry Counter, Central Hall, Level 2.

 04 Reservation for service

Thoughtful services designed by Tianfu International Airport are provided for passengers with special needs, including unaccompanied disabled passengers and passengers with reduced mobility. All following services are provided for free.

1. Accompanying Service

Upon arrival, passengers with special needs will be assisted by dedicated staff all the way to the special assistance counter. The service includes the transit between the metro, high-speed railways and buses.

2. Wheelchair Service

Wheelchair service is provided for passengers with special needs before check-in. If a wheelchair is required after check-in, please make the request to the airline in advance when you are buying the ticket.

3. Check-in Assistance

Passengers with special needs will be accompanied and assisted to get to the special assistance counter for check-in.
