<p>通用工艺:原料鲜果串 (Fresh Fruit Bunch or FFB)采摘运输到厂（POM)，经过计量、初选后暂存于卸果斜坡（Loading Ramp ) ，根据需要输送至各杀酵罐（Sterilizer )进行刹酵处理，刹酵过程排出的冷凝液进入澄油工段，回收残油。刹酵后的熟果串(Sterilized Fruit Bunch or SFB）输送至脱果机(Thresher)进行脱果处理，将果粒和空果串(Empty Fruit Bunch orEFB)分离。空果串可再次压榨提取残油或输送至特定区域集中储存。从脱果机分离出的果粒进入捣碎罐（Digester）进行捣碎处理后进入榨油机压榨取油。</p>

<p>压榨液经除纤维、除砂、油水分离、真空干燥等处理后毛油（Crude Palm Oil or CPO)存储于油储罐，澄油过程中产生的污油(Sludge)经再次除砂和脱水后再次进入澄油过程循环，过程中产生的废水(Palm Oil Mill Effluent or POME）进入生物氧化塘进行处理。榨油机榨饼由纤维(Fiber)和棕榈核（Nut）组成，榨饼首先进行纤维风选分离处理，分离后的核经破碎机（Ripple Mill ) 破碎成壳（Shell ）和仁(Kernel)仁壳经风选或者其它方法分离后，仁烘干到安全水分即可储存。纤维和壳可作为整厂锅炉燃料。</p>
